Diet: Primarily herbivorous. Feed a diet consisting of marine algae, seaweed sheets, and high-quality herbivore pellets or flakes. Supplement with occasional meaty foods to ensure balanced nutrition.
Minimum Tank Size: 250 litres (approximately 65 gallons) or larger to accommodate its active swimming behaviour and adult size.
Reef Compatibility: Yes, safe with corals and invertebrates when provided with ample grazing opportunities and hiding places.
Lighting and Water Flow: Standard reef lighting and moderate water flow are suitable to mimic natural reef conditions.
Origin: Indo-Pacific region.
Maximum Size: Up to 40 cm (approximately 16 inches) in length.
