Temperament and Compatibility: Rhinecanthus assasi is known for its territorial and semi-aggressive nature. It is best kept singly or with other robust tank mates that can tolerate its assertiveness. Avoid housing with very small or timid fish to prevent stress or injury.
Diet: Omnivorous. Provide a varied diet including meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, krill, and chopped seafood, supplemented with high-quality marine pellets or flakes. Regular feeding supports vibrant colour and health.
