Lighting Requirements: Acropora corals thrive under high-intensity lighting such as metal halide, T5, or high-output LED systems. Aim for a PAR range of 250-400 µmol/m²/s to support healthy growth and vibrant pigmentation.
Water Flow: Moderate to strong, turbulent water flow is essential to prevent detritus accumulation and to facilitate gas exchange. Position corals where they receive indirect but consistent water movement.
Placement: Place these medium-sized Acropora fragments higher in the tank to ensure optimal light exposure. Maintain adequate spacing from neighbouring corals to reduce aggression and allow for growth.
