Temperament and Compatibility: Choerodon fasciatus is generally semi-aggressive and can be territorial, especially towards smaller or more passive tankmates. It is best housed with similarly sized or robust fish. Avoid keeping with very small or timid species.

Diet: This wrasse is carnivorous, feeding primarily on meaty foods such as crustaceans, molluscs, and other marine invertebrates. A varied diet including frozen mysis shrimp, krill, and high-quality marine pellets will support optimal health.
