Temperament: Generally peaceful but can be territorial towards conspecifics or similar species. Best kept singly or in a mated pair in larger tanks.
Diet: Carnivorous; feeds on a variety of meaty foods including mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. Regular feeding of high-quality frozen or live foods is recommended to maintain health and colour.
Tank Requirements: Minimum tank size of 120 litres (approximately 30 gallons) to provide ample swimming space. The aquarium should include live rock for hiding and foraging, as well as open swimming areas.
Water Parameters: Stable marine conditions with temperature between 24-27°C, salinity 1.023-1.025, pH 8.1-8.4.
