Temperament: Generally peaceful but can be territorial towards conspecifics or similar species. Best kept singly or as a mated pair.
Diet: Omnivorous. Provide a varied diet including marine algae, spirulina, mysis shrimp, and specialised angelfish preparations to ensure optimal health.
Minimum Tank Size: 150 litres (approximately 40 US gallons) to provide ample swimming space and territories.
Reef Compatibility: With caution. While generally reef safe, they may nip at sessile invertebrates such as sponges and tunicates.
