Temperament and Compatibility: Generally peaceful, the Silver Rabbitfish coexists well with other non-aggressive species. It is best kept with similarly sized or larger fish to avoid stress. Avoid housing with very small or highly territorial species.

Diet: Primarily herbivorous, Siganus argenteus thrives on a diet rich in marine algae and seaweed. Supplement with high-quality herbivore pellets and occasional meaty foods to ensure balanced nutrition.

Tank Requirements: Due to its active swimming behaviour and adult size, a minimum tank volume of 150 litres is recommended. Provide ample live rock for grazing and hiding spots to mimic its natural habitat.
