Temperament and Compatibility: Generally peaceful, Siganus guttatus coexists well with other non-aggressive fish species. However, it may become territorial if kept in cramped conditions. It is best housed with similarly sized or larger tank mates to avoid stress.

Diet: Primarily herbivorous, this rabbitfish thrives on a diet rich in marine algae and seaweed. Supplement with high-quality herbivore pellets and occasional vegetable matter to ensure balanced nutrition.

Tank Requirements: Due to its size and active swimming behaviour, a minimum tank size of 250 litres is recommended. Provide ample live rock for grazing and hiding spots to mimic its natural environment.
