Lighting Requirements: Moderate lighting is ideal for Pachyseris rugosa. It thrives under LED or T5 lighting systems that provide balanced PAR levels without intense direct exposure.

Water Flow: Moderate water flow is recommended to keep the coral clean and promote gas exchange without causing tissue damage. Avoid strong, direct currents.

Placement: Position the frag in a stable location with enough space to prevent contact with neighbouring corals, as Pachyseris rugosa can extend sweeper tentacles. Mid to lower areas of the tank are generally suitable.

Care Level: This coral is considered moderate in care, suitable for aquarists with some experience in LPS coral husbandry.

Compatibility: Reef safe with adequate spacing from other corals to avoid aggression. Compatible with a wide range of reef-safe fish and invertebrates.
