Temperament: Generally peaceful but can be territorial towards conspecifics or similar-shaped fish. Best kept singly or as a mated pair in larger tanks.
Diet: Omnivorous. Requires a varied diet including high-quality marine flakes, pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and algae-based foods to ensure balanced nutrition.
Minimum Tank Size: At least 180 litres (approximately 50 gallons) to provide ample swimming space and reduce territorial behaviour.
Reef Compatibility: With Caution. May nip at coral polyps and sessile invertebrates; not recommended for delicate reef tanks.
