The Coris aygula, commonly known as the Yellowtail Coris or Aygula Wrasse, is a visually stunning marine fish prized for its vibrant patterns and dynamic swimming behaviour. This extra large specimen is a mature individual, offering a spectacular display of colour and personality in your aquarium.
Care Level: Moderate to advanced. Due to its size and activity, this wrasse requires a well-established tank with plenty of swimming space.
Temperament and Compatibility: Generally peaceful but can be territorial towards similar species. Best kept with other robust fish that can tolerate its active nature. Avoid housing with very small or timid species. Not reef safe as it may prey on invertebrates.
