Ecsenius stigmatura, commonly called the Tail-Spot Blenny, is a charming and peaceful addition to marine aquariums. Recognisable by the distinctive dark spot near the base of its tail, this blenny is a favourite among hobbyists for its active and engaging behaviour.
These fish are hardy and adapt well to captive conditions, making them suitable for both beginner and experienced marine aquarists. They thrive in well-established reef tanks where they can graze on algae and find plenty of hiding spots among live rock.
