Livestock Shipping Notes
Shipping live animals requires extra care. Please read the following before placing a livestock order.
You must be present at delivery. Someone must be available to accept the package at the first delivery attempt. Livestock left unattended after delivery can deteriorate quickly — missed or rescheduled deliveries may void your Live Arrival Guarantee.
Accept all deliveries. Regardless of the condition of the outer box, the delivery must be accepted. Refusing delivery will void your DOA claim as the animals are still alive inside.
Live Arrival Guarantee: All livestock is shipped with our Live Arrival Guarantee. In the event of a DOA, you must notify us within 60 minutes of delivery with photo and video evidence. See our DOA Policy for full details.
